After our valued customers received their HEIPI tripods, we eagerly awaited their feedback. Armed with valuable insights from our customers, we are proud to announce a series of improvements that have been implemented in response to their suggestions.

1. The distance between spike foot and the locking levers

One of the valuable pieces of feedback we received revolved around the potential loosening of the spike foot while unlocking the levers. We took this feedback to heart and have made a significant improvement by increasing the distance between the spike foot and the locking levers. This adjustment helps to mitigate any potential instability and ensures a more secure tripod setup.

Customers also shared their thoughts on the small and sharp knob on the ball head. Recognizing the importance of comfort and convenience, we have addressed this concern by increasing the size of the knob, making it more ergonomic and easy to grip. Furthermore, we have made structural adjustments to the panoramic pan, enhancing its functionality while maintaining optimal stability.

Some users' reviews regards the accessibility and potential rubbing of the hook. We have taken these concerns into account and made the decision to replace the hook with a lanyard. This adjustment not only ensures better accessibility but also eliminates any potential friction that could have affected the quality of your captured shots.
