Return

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days from the date that you receive it, you can apply for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging. The return shipping fee will be at your charge.

To apply for a return, please send an email to support@heipivision.com. Please inform us the reason that you return the product, attached with pictures/videos of the product and package, and proof of purchase, so that we could process your request at the soonest. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Then you will be informed of the return address and required to ship the item(s). (The specific address will be sent by customer service email.)

You will get the full refund of the order once we receive and inspect your parcel. Please note, if the parcel cannot pass inspection, you may not get the full refund. The refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

If the product you received is broken,wrong sent or missing items, please contact us via support@heipivision.com, with pictures/video of the broken/wrong/missing product. Once the condition is confirmed, you will receive a full refund or a replacement of a new one.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or processed. If the order is cancelled you will get a full refund.

The order cannot be cancelled if the product is already shipped out.
