After receiving your email, we promptly arranged the refund for your order. Our system shows that the amount was deducted from our account on July 25th. If you haven’t received the funds, it might be due to the installment payment method with Shop Pay. Unfortunately, we’re unable to directly resolve this issue ourselves.
We’ve reported the situation to Shop Pay and are currently waiting for their response.
