The product will not work with any camera and lens combination weighing less than 3.5 kg. Practically useless in today's mirrorless camera age. I dont feel rhat this was made clear in the product advertising before purchase. Cannot recommend this item

using it with GoPro, iPhone, and Mirrorless camera (with short light wideangle lens, and compact camera (Sony RX100 v7). Wouldn't use it with a big heavy zoom lens, but great for travel when you want a lightweight head for GoPro, iPhone, or compact camera.
My wife loves it. Her camera is now balanced for the first time and easy to use with the handle. Great product.

I placed this order last week and I did received the complete shipment the other day Tuesday July 14, 2026.
While the items ordered HEIPE KF60S Counterbalance Ball Head together and accessories are really quality
equipment I realized that the ball head does NOT ALLOW an immediate camera reorientation from landscape to
portrait position. I did not researched and look enough into its specs before I placed the order.
Now, I looked into your website and I saw your KB60 Ball Head (Versatile Hybrid Ball Head) with its Free Gifts;
(1) HP120 Quick Release Plate, and (2) Telescopic Handle.
This is exactly what I now prefer much than the KF60S.
I would very much want to Return the items on Order 6307-A; and replace with an order to the KB60.

What an amazing clamp! Will come in great for places a tripod is impractical!
I have a lot of tripod head from dual handle to gimbal and probably six or more ball heads. This one is unique. I've been in pursuit of the perfect tripod head for each of the major categories, two of which are ball heads and gimbals. This is somewhere in between and performed like a charm. It only has two way motion, at least as far as I can tell. I was using it, not trying to discover its features. Forward and backwards and a panning base. The rig I used was a Nikon z8 and a Nikkor Z 180-600mm f/5.6-6.3 VR. Whatever position you placed the rig in, that is the position it stayed in when you let go. No droop, no sag, now slack. It took a moment to actually trust it, but it only takes a moment and you know, this is one realy nice head.
It may not be suitable for all situation, just as no single head type is suitable for all, but this is something I've been seeking that sits between a ball head and a gimbal.
I wanted a special setup to use for the Starship 13 launch. I order the HPS26 and after upon receiving it I was immediately impressed with the sturdiness and quality of workmanship. I mounted three cameras with telephoto lens on the HPS26 and it handled the weight and the configuration perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. For an added benefit, the HEIPI Customer Service Support was also outstanding!
I have only had the tripod for a little while, but so far, the functionality has been easy to access. The ball head works well and is stable, at least for a 300 mm lens. I like the idea of a detachable smaller tripod. I haven't tried the camera and tripod at ground level yet, so can't comment on that. The built-in phone adapter is a bit still, but hopefully it will be smoother with time. Similar comments about the locks for the legs. I do like the design compared to a twist lock, as it allows me to use all fingers to lower the legs in one motion.
The product is of very good quality, lightweight, and I'm very pleased with it. It's perfect for photographing Wildlife.
Extremely well made. Action is smoooth and locking butterfly mecanism works well unlike mist other leveling bases. Highly recommended.
Holds steady, lightweight, stable, balances perfectly. Smooth movement pan-tilt. I like it better than my Manfrotto heavy steel fluid head .. which I promptly sold on Ebay! Pleased with my gear swap. In the field carry is noticeably lighter, easier now to sinch down lock with left hand, gear locked tight, no vibrations or micro shakes to get the good focused image to film. Pleased. Thanks. I purchased the HEIPI KF60s to use with my Sony A1 II and the 600mm lens. This is a heavy set up and I was wondering how the ball head would handle it. I'm impressed with build quality and functionality. I have used other counter balanced ball heads in the past and this one is functionally the same, lighter and at a much better price point. Fully recommend.
The best ball head I have ever used! Extremely well made and easily supports my Z8 and 100-400 and 180-600. Incredibly light weight and can support heavy gear easily.
This W58 package meets all of my needs when a tripod is required. It is sturdy and light weight for its size. I goes higher than most tripods and the three column extension keeps the camera from shaking, I love the tripod head. It is easy to switch between a ball head and a Pan and Tilt head. The lever leg locks don’t slip when the legs are extended. I have using a tripod with twist locks for the legs, so I was apprehensive about switching to lever locks.
