Here we come!

First, we want to thank you all for your support, attention, and patience. We have received numerous sharing from backers who have already received the tripod. Your words motivate us and make us full of confidence. We also appreciate those who generously provide us with suggestions and new ideas.

Since February 1, 2023, our production and assembly team has returned to work. Based on the current progress, we make an estimated shipping plan as below.

1. By the end of February, order No.801 to No.2000 will be shipped.
    
2. By the end of March, the remaining orders will be shipped.
    

Please note that the exact shipping quantity may vary a little according to the actual progress. We will provide you with a tracking number by sending a message to you via Kickstarter.

Please refer to the shipping times below. The shipping time is calculated from the time parcels are dispatched. It will take us a few days to process.

FAQs

• Where is the extra HP39 plate (for the stretch goal)?

Since the stretch-goal HP39 plate is for every order, we put it in the tripod box.

•  Where are other accessories?
  If you ordered add-ons, they are packed outside the tripod box.

 

•  Why is no tracking information shown after weeks the parcel has shipped?

We shipped tripods from China, and the tracking information will be updated after the parcel passes customs clearance in the destination country and is handed to the local courier. We will send you a tracking number once the label is created. Next, the package will go through the process of loading, transportation, unpacking at the port, customs clearance, etc., and then handed over to the local courier for delivery.

 

•  Do you have a detailed video of the tripod?

We made and uploaded instructional videos for our users to know the tripod better. We will keep updating the video based on users’ feedback to us.
