At HEIPI, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. If your HEIPI product exhibits any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it promptly.

Coverage:

  • All HEIPI products come with a minimum 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (specific periods vary by model; refer to individual product pages).
  • If a repair is not possible, we will replace the product with the same or a comparable model in perfect working condition.
  • For discontinued or limited-edition items, we will provide a replacement of equal or higher value.

What’s Not Covered:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, stains, or normal wear and tear).
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, or intentional modification by anyone other than HEIPI.
  • Loss or theft of the product.
