What can I say, these guys took care of me for sure. I lost a spiked foot on a trip and it made my tripod essentially useless. I reached out to them they helped me get the right thing, and sent it to me even after I ordered the wrong thing and made sure I got my refund promptly. HEIPI got a customer for life. 🙏

This is an amazing tripod with a great hybrid head that works as a ball head and a video head. It easily balances my Nikon Z8 and 180-600 mm lens. It’s incredibly stable and it expands to about 6 feet not counting the head. Highly recommended.

I have been photographing for 55 years as a nature photographer, and have had many tripods in this period. The new Heipi tripods recently purchased, are the best I have ever owned....!!!!!!

Great tripod. It’s light but incredibly stable. No issues with my Z8 and 100-400mm lens. It is compact and easily fits in my camera bag. The height is perfect for me.

Wow! This tripod is the perfect fit for me. I've been looking for a stable tripod to hold a heavy gimbal head. When I read that this tripod is actually two tripods in one with the ability to swap out the head, I knew I had to try it. Voila! It holds the gimbal and a heavy telephoto lens with no vibration whatsoever. I'm a happy girl. The bonus is the smaller tripod. I've used it for some night photos where I shot close to the ground. The ball head supported my DSLR with no problem.
The tripod is well made, easy setup and collapses down to a compact size that I can easily put in my carry on bag.
I love everything about this tripod and can't wait to take it on our next trip!

After having other travel tripods, this one is quite better. Seems more stable and has a lot more features included in the system.

Love this tripod!! It’s the perfect travel tripod. I came from owning a Peak Design Travel Tripod. It was a very good tripod, but the stability was a bit lacking. This Heipi tripod has greater stability and a better working ball head. The ingenuity of the mini tripod disguised as a center column is nothing short of remarkable!! Highly recommend.

I bought one of the travel tripods when it was in the development stages. I loved it from the minute I opened the box it came in! Sadly I recently lost my tripod in the Palisades Fire and I reached out Heipi and they offered me a replacement at the discounted price I originally paid. Their kindness was much appreciated. For that reason and because the product is outstanding, I highly recommend it.
