This is a well-made piece of kit. Unlike its well-known competitor, the “capture“, the release button is on the proper side for a right handed photographer. Having the release on the left, makes it much easier to release the camera when attached to your left backpack strap. You can grab the camera with your right hand and release with your left. Four very thin straps. There is a shim to make sure it is tight and does not slide or move. It is much easier to attach than it’s more popular competitor and holds much better and does not loosen over time. All in all, a superior product and highly recommended.

Super stable and light. Easy to open quickly, and small enough to put away for travel. I didn't expect it, but the carrying case is a nice quality too.

What can I say, these guys took care of me for sure. I lost a spiked foot on a trip and it made my tripod essentially useless. I reached out to them they helped me get the right thing, and sent it to me even after I ordered the wrong thing and made sure I got my refund promptly. HEIPI got a customer for life. 🙏

This is an amazing tripod with a great hybrid head that works as a ball head and a video head. It easily balances my Nikon Z8 and 180-600 mm lens. It’s incredibly stable and it expands to about 6 feet not counting the head. Highly recommended.

Great tripod. It’s light but incredibly stable. No issues with my Z8 and 100-400mm lens. It is compact and easily fits in my camera bag. The height is perfect for me.

Wow! This tripod is the perfect fit for me. I've been looking for a stable tripod to hold a heavy gimbal head. When I read that this tripod is actually two tripods in one with the ability to swap out the head, I knew I had to try it. Voila! It holds the gimbal and a heavy telephoto lens with no vibration whatsoever. I'm a happy girl. The bonus is the smaller tripod. I've used it for some night photos where I shot close to the ground. The ball head supported my DSLR with no problem.
The tripod is well made, easy setup and collapses down to a compact size that I can easily put in my carry on bag.
I love everything about this tripod and can't wait to take it on our next trip!

After having other travel tripods, this one is quite better. Seems more stable and has a lot more features included in the system.

Love this tripod!! It’s the perfect travel tripod. I came from owning a Peak Design Travel Tripod. It was a very good tripod, but the stability was a bit lacking. This Heipi tripod has greater stability and a better working ball head. The ingenuity of the mini tripod disguised as a center column is nothing short of remarkable!! Highly recommend.
